Timesheet Submission Deadline Extended

On Jan. 28, 2023 there is a Banner outage to enable an upgrade and maintenance to take place.

As a result, the Saturday deadline for employees to submit timesheets has been extended to Monday, Jan. 30 at 11 a.m.

Bi-Weekly Payroll (Updated Jan. 20)

Mount Royal University has transitioned to bi-weekly pay as of Jan. 1, 2023. The next payday is Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023. Employees, submit your next timesheet by Jan. 28. Approvers, approve timesheets by 1 p.m. on Jan. 31.

  • Casual/Hourly Employees: Submit your hours worked and overtime hours
  • Regular employees:Submit your exception time (e.g., sick, vacation, etc.)
  • Faculty contract employees: do not need to submit timesheets

Visit the My HR Profile section on the Employee > Resources & Timesheets tab of myMRU.ca for how-to videos and quick reference guides for employees and approvers of timesheets in the updated Employee Self-Service space. Attend a virtual information session for an overview, Q&A session and real-time support:

Employees: Employees: Thursday, Jan. 26, 11 a.m.
Approvers: Monday, Jan. 30, 11 a.m.
